100% Gros Manseng and medium (or perhaps a shade sweeter) this is very fresh and peachy with succulent fruit redolent of fresh pineapple.  This is utterly delicious. Perfect on its own or try with pate or fresh fruit salad.  It would also be perfect with any oriental dishes with a bit of chilli heat where it's luscious fruit and gentle residual sugar would be the perfect foil.  This is not a dessert wine, but rather an expression of Gros Manseng that shows off the variety to its full potential.  Dangerously drinkable but at just 11% not too damaging...
