A delicious blend of 60% Colombard and 20% each of Sauvignon Blanc & Gros Manseng.  This has a nose of fresh, grapey Colombard with a gentle hint of grassiness from the Sauvignon and a whiff of tropicality from the Gros Manseng.  It is beautifully clean and fresh with pristine fruit and a zesty tang.  Dry but fruity.

This would make a perfect aperitif and would match well with shellfish and light chicken dishes.  Even better with a second glass!
