This is a super expression of Pinot Noir with a pretty, floral nose that also has elements of summer fruits.  There are soft tannins and gentle spice on the palate along with a subtle hint of oak that takes the bright Pinot fruit to a different level.  It could almost be Burgundian.

There are four clones of Pinot Noir on Hexham Vineyard and once combined they create a classic, cool climate style wine showing elegance and savoury spice. Fermentation is completed using indigenous yeasts followed by maturation in French oak.
