Chateau Jany is actually in Barsac though prefers to adopt the Sauternes designation (Barsac being a sub-district thereof). It's a small property making just 250 cases a year from 90% Semillon, 5% Sauvignon and 5% Muscadelle. For quality Sauternes this is exceptional value offering that classic barley sugar botrytis sweetness with wonderfully fresh balancing acidity.
