100% Sauvignon Blanc mostly from Elgin where the cool climate results in slower ripening.  Some fruit from Paarl is also included, but only from the cooler areas.  This has that classic Sauvignon nettle aromas but there a good hint of ripe citrus as well – especially grapefruit – which I found an attractively different addition to the usual leafy character of Sauvignon.
