The Sauvignon Blanc grapes for Cloud Factory come from a selection of vineyard sites in Marlborough's Wairau Valley - Rarangi on the coast, right up to Rapura. These parcels are pressed gently and cold fermented separately to preserve that all-important grassy Sauvignon freshness.

This has that classic gooseberry fruit nose with a gentle hint of minerality and a squeeze of citrus which follows through onto the palate which is wonderfully fresh and crisp with a mouthwatering zing. A wonderfully refreshing dry white (no oak of course) that's packed with gooseberry fruit. Try this with white fish and seafood, a crisp salad or grilled prawns.
