Pretty salmon pink colour with a persistent fine mousse. It has an understated but exceptionally tempting berry-fruited nose and is fresh, brisk, dry and clean as a whistle in the mouth. Enjoy as an aperitif or as a summery accompanyment to light dishes.

The illustrious Montresor family moved from France to Italy at the start of the 19th Century, and settled in the Veneto region near Lake Garda. In 1892 Cantina Giacomo Montresor was established in Verona, and remains family-owned to this day.
