Three fizzy pinks featuring Italy, Australia and South Africa.  One bottle each of the following three wines:

Rosa di Sera Spumante nv, Cantine Beato Bartolomeo, Breganze, Italy 11.5% - Made by a top Prosecco producer though this is not Prosecco because it's not made from the varieties that the rules say must be in Prosecco Rose.  This is a blend of Marzemina and Vespaiola which means it's a much more interesting wine than Prosecco Rose and well worth exploring.

Pressure Point 2025, Methode Ancestrale (Pet Nat) Paarl, South Africa 12.5% - Lovely sherbet-like fizz which is really fun.  Sorry about the label and these's a bit of story to this which I haven't got space to reproduce here but you can read if you click the link.

Jansz Premium Rose nv, Tasmania, Australia 12.0% - This is a real star.  72% Pinot Noir and 28% Chardonnay and it would give Champagne a run for its money.  It's very pale pink, elegant and poised.  If you enjoy the above pair with friends, this is the fizz you keep for yourself!
