Fully flavoured though freshly textured and juicy with plenty of depth and a note of wild fruit. Don't be afraid to serve it cool which points up the freshness and serve it with anything from some ham, salami, pate and cheese with a chunk of rustic bread to milder curries and barbecued meats.
