The Novas range from Emiliana in Chile are great favourites and here are three reds from this trailblazing organic and biodynamic producer.  One bottle each of the following:

Novas Gran Reserva Pinot Noir 2023, Emiliana, Casablanca Valley, Chile 13.0% - A fine example of Pinot Noir with ripe summer fruit flavours and gentle spice from short oak contact time.  One of our most popular wines.

Novas Gran Reserva Cabernet Sauvignon 2022, Emiliana, Maule Valley, Chile 13.5% - Full of blackcurrant fruit but with a hint of oak spice.  A lovely approachable Cabernet Sauvignon that remains serious.

Novas Gran Reserva Carmenere 2024, Emiliana, Colchagua Valley, Chile 13.5% - This is 85% Carmenere with 15% Cabernet Sauvignon and it's about as good an example of Carmenere as I have tasted in recent times.  A variety well worth exploring with its concentrated black fruit flavours.
