This modern Spanish red is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot which often has a small element of Graciano included.  It’s aged for about 6 months in oak (Roble is Spanish for “oak” and indicates a style of wine with a small mount of time in cask, but not as much as a Crianza).  This shows blackcurrant fruit, gentle vanilla spice, and a beautiful ripeness.  Very easy to like!
