Distilled in 2011 this has spent 12 years in a cask previously used for Sauternes. It has notes of orange peel and vanilla on the nose with a hint of hazelnut and fudge.
On the palate this shows delicate floral flavours with perhaps a touch of peach. This is a very classy and fascinating whisky.
