Made from 50% Chardonnay and 50% Moscato Bianco grape musts.  The grapes are picked early to maintain freshness and preserve vital acidity.  The grapes are gently crushed and the must is then immediately filtered to prevent it from fermenting.  Carbon dioxide is then added to add the sparkle.

After having tasted a lot of low-alcohol and non-alcoholic wines which have been overwhelmingly disappointing it's great to finally find something that fills that gap which we can offer with confidence.  Taking alcohol out of wine leaves if flat, thin and instantly forgettable, but Lunetta Zero has never been wine in the first place as the grape musts have never been fermented.  Why did nobody else think of that?  It's made from two classic white wine grapes, filtered and has fizz added so it tastes grapey and refreshing.
