The grapes for this come from close to the Etang de Thau (the largest coastal lagoon in southern France) so we’re in Picpoul territory.  This Pinot Noir Rose is a pretty and fresh pink made using only a very gentle pressing to produce a pale rose with aromas of summer fruit and a wonderfully fresh palate.  Just make sure you have enough!
