It's fair to say that the Les Oliviers Sauvignon/Rolle and the Les Oliviers Merlot/Mourvedre are two of our most popular French Regional wines.  Now that the Les Oliviers Rose has clicked up to the 2025 vintage I've added that in for the summer and here is a Trio of a bottle of each so that you can try all three wines if you are not yet familiar with them.  We used the red and the white as the wines for our daughter's wedding almost 2 years ago because of their fabulous combination of flavour and value for money.

Les Oliviers Sauvignon Blanc/Rolle 2025 IGP Pays d'Oc 12.0% - Rolle is what the French call Vermentino which adds body and texture to Sauvignon, softening Sauvignon's acidity and adding a note of minerality.

Les Oliviers Grenache/Cinsault Rose 2025, IGP Pays d'Oc 12.0% - A lovely pale Provence-style pink with summer fruit flavours and fresh zip.

Les Oliviers Merlot/Mourvedre 2024, IGP Pays d'Oc 13.0% - An 80/20 blend with the Mourvedre adding a wild spicy note to the Merlot.  Very impressive for the price!
