Grenache and Cinsault together is a marriage made in heaven as far as roses are concerned, especially in the south of France. Grenache provides the backbone bringing ripe red fruit flavours and soft, round mouthfeel. Cinsault brings delicate floral aromatics and that wonderfully fresh and mouthwatering acidity. They are the classic building blocks for Rose de Provence but here is something much more reasonably priced offering the same pale and refreshing pink which would be perfect served chilled on a warm summer day! This is 70% Grenache and 30% Cinsault.
