This is a blend of both grain and single malt paired together in small batches (hence the name) and matured in Bourbon casks for that extra dimension.

Hinch Distillery opened in 2021 and stands in the rolling hills of Ballynahinch in County Down.  Their whiskies are crafted from water from the Mourne Mountains using the traditional Irish mashing process and triple distillation.
