100% Pinot Noir sourced from 3 vineyard sites in Nelson.  This is a ripe and perfumed Pinot Noir with attractive summer fruit flavours.  A very small proportion sees oak to open the flavours and highlight the fruit.  Try this with mushroom risotto, baked ham, flavoursome white meats such as those roasted with herbs or even char grilled.
