A graceful and beautifully balanced vintage champagne, combining the ripe fruit character of the 2018 vintage with freshness and finesse.  Drinking brilliantly now but with enough structure and complexity to reward further time in bottle.  It's 100% Pinot Noir which is matured on its lees for a minimum of 5 years.  It shows rip and elegant fruit but with a distinctive baked biscuit character with tremendous balance and complexity and a long finish.  A magnificent Champagne.
