A 50/50 blend of Pinot Noir and Sankt Laurent the latter being closely related to Pinot Noir. It’s a grape rarely found outside central Europe making lighter red and rose wines with fresh red fruit flavours. Its name comes from the day when the grapes traditionally change colour (Saint Lawrence Day on 10th August). This blend has resulted in a pale, delicate rose which is ever-so-slightly off-dry making it wonderfully easy to drink, either on its own or with lighter dishes. There's even a very gentle spritz here as well making it super refreshing. In case you were wondering, the word "Feinherb" indicates a style of wine which sits in what is usually a no man's land between dry and medium-dry where not too many wines end up. Truly original.
