White Wines

2021 Altano Branco, Symington Family, Douro, Portugal 12.5% A dry, fresh, aromatic white made from a blend of Aglianico, Moscatel Galego and Viosinho grapes.

2023 Grillo "Olli", Feudo Maccari, Sicily 12.5% Grillo makes white wines that are gently floral with a crisp, citrus palate. Wonderfully fresh and original.

2021 Uva Non Grata Gros Manseng, Vin de France 12.0% Gros Manseng has a nose of tropical fruits and the palate is ripe and ever-so-slightly off-dry. A brilliantly original white that works well with Asian food or on its own.

Red Wines

2021 Alianca Bairrada Reserva, Portugal 13.0% Made predominantly from a local variety called Baga (70%) but with a bit of Tinta-Roriz (20%) and Touriga-Nacional (10%). This has flavours of hedgerow fruit and a savoury note. Truly original modern Portuguese red.

2019 Negroamaro, Tacco Barocco, Sampietrana, Puglia, Italy 13.5% Negroamaro is known for producing full-bodied red wines with flavours of plum and black cherry but with a distinctive savoury edge.

2022 Seriously Cool Cinsault, Stellenbosch, South Africa 13.5% Cinsault is so often a variety that gets lost in blends dominated by more famous names. Here though it illustrates its own elegant fruity characteristics in a gentle red that could be served cool if preferred.
