Made from 100% Irish barley grown on their own farm and triple distilled in a traditional copper pot still.  This whiskey is then matured in their warehouse close to the Atlantic Ocean which lends a gentle maritime note to the whiskey.  This whiskey is then matured in ex-Bourbon, Oloroso and Amontillado casks which bring a vanilla-and-caramel flavour and a nutty depth.  On the nose this shows hints of vanilla and citrus peel with the vanilla flowing through onto the palate where there are hints of baked apple and spice.  This is a very classy Irish whiskey indeed.
