Another super fresh wine from the area around the Etang de Thau. It’s a straightforward blend of 70% Grenache Noir and 30% Cinsault. That’s a sort of stripped down version of Provence rose which is usually based on Grenache and Cinsault with a few supporting varieties usually also included. The water of the Etang de Thau has a cooling effect on the otherwise hot Mediterranean climate which, along with a very gentle pressing of the grapes, has produced a beautifully fresh and crisp pink that you’ll want to drink lots of!
