100% Cabernet Sauvignon sourced from vineyards in Mendocino and Lake County. After fermentation the wine sees 45% new French oak for 15 months before being bottled. It shows classic Cabernet aromas of cassis , plum and a gentle toast. Cline's Ancient Vines Zinfandel is exuberant, rich and generous whilst this Cabernet is made with more restraint and elegance.
