A fresh, juicy red from a family-owned winery in eastern Spain who specialise in Bobal.  The grapes are grown organically.  The name means “the two Cs” in a reference to the winery name.  There’s a small inclusion of Cabernet Sauvignon in the blend which adds some structure to Bobal’s ripe and juicy red fruit.  The wine sees a small amount of time in oak, but you wouldn’t know from tasting it. A fine example of Bobal.
