A blend of Pinot Noir and Monastrell.  This is a delightfully pale and fresh rose made from organically grown grapes with aromas of summer fruits and gentle floral hints.  It is fresh and dry with a touch of citrus on the finish making it perfect for drinking either with or without food.

JW says: "Torres no longer makes Santa Digna Rose and has produced this instead.  It's pale in colour compared to Santa Digna but the intriguing blend of Pinot Noir and Monastrell makes this a perfect pink for summer with its lighter summer fruit character."
