A blend of the same varieties that contribute to port.  This is a mix of Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz, Touriga Nacional and Tinto Cao.  This is pale salmon pink in colour with fresh acidity and a crisp finish, indeed it's so pale you have to look twice to see that it is pink.  There are elements of summer fruit on the nose with some gentle florality which continues to the palate where there is also a subtle mineral note.  It's the perfect summer rose offering an attractive light and fresh style with bright acidity.  Mouthwatering and refreshing.
