A blend of 60% Sauvignon and 40% Semillon where the crisp Sauvignon fruit shows well with a background of apple and pear from the Semillon.  This is absolutely what you'd want to see from a dry white Bordeaux - classically crisp and dry and no oak.  Drink as an aperitif or with fish, seafood and light dishes.  Mouthwatering.
