Vermentino thrives near the sea, such as on Sicily's west coast where these grapes are cultivated. Fermentation is in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks followed by a short period on fine lees.
Ripe stone fruit aromas with preserved lemon characters and floral notes. The palate has bright citrus peel and grapefruit, an appealing texture and minerality, fresh acidity and a gently savoury finish.
