Winemaker Fargeau is the 3rd generation of his family to make Pouilly Fume.  Though not certified as organic producers they practice lutte raisonnee viticulture being as environmentally friendly and sustainable as possible.

This 100% Sauvignon Blanc has a clean minerally nose with classic restrained Sauvignon character with gentle grass and gooseberry notes.  It is clean and dry with a refreshing citrus finish.  Classic Pouilly Fume.
