This is from the southern region of Aconagua which is cooler and the vineyards that produce the fruit for this wine are just 10kms from the Pacific Ocean.  Coastal breezes ensure that the grapes ripen slowly which allows the grapes to retain their natural citrus flavours and freshness, as well as developing great aromatics.  The flavours and style are redolent of New Zealand’s Marlborough region on the other side of the Pacific rim.  Drink it with simple fish dishes – a bucket of mussels or a fillet of grilled plaice – or enjoy with a goat’s cheese salad.

Dry and full of crunchy, green fruit with notes of nettle and currant leaf aromas.  It is full of life and super-fresh.
