This is a bright, zesty Sauvignon Blanc with hints of citrus and gooseberry.  The grapes are grown on a thin soil of decomposed granite on steep, south-east facing slopes at 320-540m above sea level.  They are hand harvested and cool fermented and the wine spends some time on its lees before bottling.  No oak.
