Actually 95% Syrah with 5% of Roussanne.  This has a distinctive nose of black forest fruits. The palate is intense with brooding blackberry fruit and a hint of spice. The velvety texture leads on to a long, concentrated finish.  A dark, rich red that will win many friends.  It has the added bonus of being made from organically grown grapes and is a wine with no added sulphites.
