The traditional "ramato" style of rose made from 100% Pinot Grigio which is a variety with a natural copper coloured tinge to its skins.  This is actually the natural colour of Pinot Grigio - white versions are made by removing the skins before any colour is imparted to the juice.

This is crisp and fresh with a nose of summer blossom and gentle berry fruit.  It is dry with a zesty finish.
