A blend of Torrontes, Treixadura and Palomino which are fermented separately and then blended together. This is a fresh, clean and fruity dry white with a gentle florality on the nose and a fine and delicate palate with a gentle hint of spice. Perfect with fish and seafood as well as white meat dishes. Also makes a delicious aperitif.
