There's a beautiful ripeness to the fruit here with notes of apple and quince.  The grapes are harvested in the early morning to retain freshness and the resulting wine is matured on its lees in cool, underground cellars.  The result is a medium-dry of depth and complexity that would work well with a wide variety of food such as white meats, seafood or a selection of cheeses.
