Produced solely from Viura grapes grown in the Siete Caminos vineyard, on south-east facing slopes. This wine is aged according to the typical white Rioja method: 4 months in American oak followed by 6 months in bottle prior to release.  This means there's just enough oak to lift the fresh fruit and not dominate.  It has gentle vanilla hints with ripe pineapple.  Fresh and dry but with that wonderful point of difference.  Serve with creamy pasta dishes or chicken or seafood.
