A blend of local varieties Garganega, Friulano, Cortese and Trebbiano Toscano. The vines are organically cultivated on hillside slopes to the south-east of Lake Garda. After harvesting the grapes are softly crushed and fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel.  The result is a lovely clean fruit-driven dry white with a touch of almond astringency making it truly appetising.  Just what you want from an Italian white!
