This is just delicious. It has a nose of tropical fruits which follows through to the palate. Whilst this is not bone dry it's not medium either. It has a ripe fruitiness which enables it to fall just beyond the boundary line of completely dry. A fantastic aperitif that also works well with a wide variety of food including eastern dishes with a bit of gentle heat.
