A Shiraz with a degree of maturity and elegance rather than a big blockbuster.  This has a nose of ripe blackberries and a gentle kiss of oak with a hint of classic Shiraz pepperiness.  This comes from blocks of vines that are dry grown and have an average age of about 40 years which results in a heightened degree of concentration in the finished wine.  Round and elegant.
