100% Negroamaro which spends 12 months in French oak and 12 months in bottle before release. Rich and full with concentrated ripe fruit flavours and a hint of fungal earthiness. Generous, complex and wonderful with red meats and strong cheeses.

They remain honest to their true traditions as well as adapting to the challenges and opportunities of the global market. The cellar is located in the historic village of San Pietro Vernotico which lies between Brindisi and Lecce.
