100% Verdejo.  Very clean with delicate aromatics and a wonderfully crisp finish.  Organic.

Volver is a collaboration between Jorge Ordoñez and Rafael Cañizares, who is also the winemaker. The winery is in the east of La Mancha which is the best part for viticulture. The vineyards are at 660 metres and the vines are 30-50 years old. Rafael Cañizares has many years of experience, not only with the Tempranillo grape but also the stark terroir of Vino De La Tierra De Castilla .
