Invitingly open and ripe nose with a concentrated palate balanced with just enough tannin. Young, but fleshy and approachable. Made from 70% 50-60 year old Grenache, 20% Syrah and 10% Carignan.

This large 65 hectare Domaine is situated high above Rasteau with stunning views over the Dentelles de Montmirail and the Plan de Dieu. Owned by the very genial Giles Ferran, with renowned southern Rhône oenologist, Philippe Cambie as consultant, it has 40ha of Rasteau and 7ha of the best vineyards in Cairanne, with only very old vines – 70% is 50-60 year old Grenache, 20% Syrah (the Serein clone from Tain l’Hermitage) and 10% Carignan.
