In 2006 the Symington family (owners of many famous port names including Graham, Dow, Warre etc) bought the vineyards and cellars of Cockburn. They revitalised the famous Cockburn name in 2010 and this is the second Cockburn vintage port since the new regime took over (the other being 2011). 2015 is undoubtedly an exceptional vintage and happily coincides with Cockburn's bicentenary. Though obviously still very young it shows tremendous power and concentration and will develop beautifully over the coming years. Anticipated maturity 2026 onwards.
