Back In Stock

A couple of lines have returned to stock that have been missing for a while.  I would freely admit that these are hardly everyday bottles, but both are superb and not always available.

Firstly there is Yves Cuilleron's Viognier Les Vignes d'a Cote.  Now the 2022 vintage.  Yves is based in the Northern Rhone and makes fabulous examples of some of the top names there including Cote Rotie, Cornas and Condrieu, and all priced at a level where sales would be a tiny trickle of bottles only.

However, he also has plots of vines located outside the main AC boundaries and his Viognier Les Vignes d'a Cote comes from these.  Classified as IGP Collines Rhodaniennes it is the match of many producers' Condrieu at a fraction of the price.

Secondly there is Francois Lumpp's Givry Rouge 1er Cru Petit Marole now the 2022 vintage which just about as good a bottle of Red Burgundy as you'll find for the money.  Lumpp is consistently one of the top producers of the Cote Chalonnaise and his wines are usually only available on allocation.  I have just 24 bottles available.
