Delivery Charges

Free delivery is available via our own vehicles throughout most IP (Ipswich, Felixstowe, Bury St Edmunds, Stowmarket, Woodbridge, Hadleigh) and CO (Colchester, Manningtree, Mistley, Harwich) postcodes as well as some NR (Norwich) areas. A modest charge is made for smaller orders. To reduce your delivery charge, or qualify for free delivery in these areas just try ordering a bit more!

Our local delivery costs are based on postcode areas and we do recognise that some customers who are just outside one boundary will incur a higher delivery charge as a result. If you think this is you, please get in touch. Our aim is to keep the costs of delivery down and we will help if we can.

Deliveries to the rest of mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland are undertaken by Business Post. These are charged at a flat rate of £10 per order though orders to these areas over £300 in value are delivered free. Prices for delivery to the Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland are higher and charged at cost. We regret that we are unable to arrange delivery to addresses outside the UK. All charges are inclusive of VAT.

DELIVERY ZONES ZONE 1 is postcode districts: IP1-IP6; IP8-IP11 ZONE 2 is postcode districts IP7; IP12-IP17; CO1-CO4; CO7; CO11 ZONE 3 is postcode districts IP18-IP23; IP29-IP33; CO5; CO6; CO8-CO10; CO12-CO16; NR1-NR8; NR14-NR15; NR31-NR35 ZONE 4 is postcode districts IP24-IP28; NR9-NR13; NR16-NR30 and the rest of mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland Zone 5 is the rest of mainland Scotland Zone 6 is the Islands and Northern Ireland Deliveries to addresses inside the Central London Congestion Charging Area may be subject to a small surcharge.
