The Parrot and Punchbowl
The Parrot and Punchbowl is a 16th Century, quintessentially English smugglers inn, situated on the B1122 crossroads between the coastal town of Aldeburgh, the seaside village of Thorpeness and the Suffolk town of Leiston. The emphasis is on a quiet yet sophisticated rural atmosphere.

We are renowned for our extensive bar, lunch, Sunday lunch and evening menus, with seafood dishes and a wide range of quality meat and poultry dishes, plus daily specials everyday, all freshly prepared by our Chefs. All of our beef (Sunday lunch or steaks) is prime, Aberdeen Angus, supplied to us from Smithfield Market. Well hung, well-prepared, well-cooked and well rested we are known for our fabulous steaks!

Everyone is loving our coffee and we think we know why!! We hand roast the coffee ourselves in the beautiful village of Earl Soham in Suffolk and over six months were spent perfecting our four blends with the view of producing not just the best quality coffee but one that was 100% suited to the time of day or occasion that it is being enjoyed.
