This is on the western edge of Ipswich town centre, not far from Ipswich Town Football Club in Portman Road.

The area is best approached from the south of Ipswich. Even if you are approaching from the north (on the A12) or west (on the A14) we would suggest entering Ipswich from the A12/A14 interchange at Copdock Mill to the south of the town. If you are coming from the north or east this will mean going over the Orwell Bridge.

Take the A1214 into Ipswich passing a retail park on your left (Tesco’s, Toys R Us, PC World etc).

Continue straight on at all junctions and go down the hill into Ipswich. Again go straight on at all junctions heading for the town centre.

Pass a BMW garage on your right, and Halfords on your left, and continue straight on along Handford Road.

Pass a pub called The Three Jolly Sailors on your left and a Majestic Wine Warehouse (boo, hiss). The next junction on the left is Burlington Road and the shop is on the corner. It is a red building with a cream sun blind. There are 3 car parking spaces immediately in front.
